A Sending Identity is nothing but a Senders Name (You/Your company name or Event Name), Senders Email id (the email id your users see from where the email has come from) and a Reply To Email id (the email id on which their replies will be routed to). This is done to reflect your name
Once you upgrade to “Forever Free” plan, your users will see your name and your email id in the senders info. The Calendar invite they receive and the email they receive as well as the Reply To email id they see, all will reflect your name, email address and domain. They will not see Let’s
Yes, we do not rollover unused credits, so essentially credits assigned each month will expire if unused.
Yes, additional charges may apply. As long as your tool or app has standard APIs and a documentation that our team can read/follow and complete the integration and/or a support team that can respond to any issues during integration / testing we can do the integration.
We currently provide integration with any and all SMTP services that follow SMTP protocol and standard Authentication method. So this includes all major services like – SendGrid, MailGun, Mailjet, Mandriall by Mailchimp etc.. Please note we cannot integrate with SMTP services that require 2-Factor or Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for sending out a message.

A credit is an invite sent, updated or cancelled. 1 Credit = 1 outgoing message to 1 User. A credit is deducted from your account whenever you send out a calendar invite in form of new invite, updated invite or when you send an event cancelation or postpone notification as well.
