We are Let’s Calendar! 

Let’s Calendar (www.letscalendar.com) is a product of Manomay Informatics LLC (www.manomayinformatics.com) registered in Delaware, United States (“we”,” us”, “Our”, and “Let’s Calendar”). Our principal place of business is Manomay Informatics LLC, Trolly Square, Suite 20 C, Wilmington, DE 19806.

What do we do?

Manomay Informatics LLC includes

services responsible for providing small businesses and organizations with a variety of products and services related to web based technology and IT infrastructure facilities. The technology services include Network Solutions, Data Center Deployment and Management, Web-based Application Development, Business Identity Management, Online Campaigning, Marketing, IT Infrastructure Facility Management, Concept Design and Development etc.

This Privacy Policy walks you through data that can be used to identify a person (“Personal Data”) which is collected from Users on / or through the Services. We take the privacy of your personal data seriously. Therefore, please read this Privacy Policy as it includes important information regarding your data.

This Privacy Policy for convenience is divided into two segments which is specifically applicable to Users and the Visitors.

A5. Distribution Lists:

In order to send invites to the attendees for an event, users need to upload a distribution list that provides us information about the contacts, such as their name and email addresses. We use this information to send the invites to the contacts you have uploaded. Contacts can also be imported via any third-party services like CRM systems as well as webinar and virtual event platforms that are linked by the user themselves.  Let’s Calendar assumes that the information entered by the users which is then uploaded to the servers of Let’s Calendar is collected diligently with full consent. In case, spamming is detected we will notify you to share your distribution list or portions of it with affected ISP. We may contact someone on your distribution list if they make a complaint or if they contact us. Your information on the distribution list is strictly shared within the list provided by you to Let’s Calendar. Any transfer of information beyond the list, is not the liability of our organization.

  • Let’s Calendar as a service platform collects data which are uploaded on the servers by the Users and also through the Visitors on our site. The website of Let’s Calendar can have posts relating to customer testimonials, which may contain personal information. We do obtain our client’s consent to post their name along with their testimonial via email prior to posting the testimonial on our website. Logging into a Let’s Calendar account requires a username and password. Users must protect their username and password and never expose them to a third party. We do not have access to a User’s Let’s Calendar account information, or a User’s password. We may retain your personal information only and during the course of service that is as long as you are registered to use the services of Let’s Calendar. You may choose to opt-out of all communication or marketing mails or close your account with us by directly contacting us. However, we may retain personal data for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws.

It may take up to 72 hours for us to process an unsubscribe request in case of opt-out. Even after you opt out of all electronic communications, we will retain your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, however, we will no longer use it to contact you. However, Organizers who have received your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy may still use that Personal Data to contact you in accordance with their own privacy policies, but they may not use our system to do so.

D. Google API Services Usage Disclosure:

Let’s Calendar uses Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable the user authorization feature for accessing the Let’s Calendar platform (i.e. use of your Gmail account to login to Let’s Calendar platform) and use of  certain Let’s Calendar features to send out calendar invites on users’ behalf from their Gmail/Google Calendar. 

Let’s Calendar use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
